These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of karakoglou.com (the "Website"), operated by Kostas Karakoglou ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the Website offers

The Website presents my work as an AI and marketing consultant, publishes articles and case studies, offers a newsletter, and lets you book a call with me. Paid consulting or automation work is agreed separately in a written proposal or contract, which takes priority over these Terms for that work.

2. Informational content only

Articles, case studies, and other content are shared for general information. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Results described in case studies were achieved in specific situations and are not a promise of similar results for you.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, belongs to me or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may share links to the Website and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, or sell the content without my written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on the Website, such as the tools I work with, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
• disrupt the Website, for example with malware or excessive automated requests;
• scrape the Website at scale or use its content to train competing products without permission;

6. Booking calls

Calls are booked through Cal.com. Please show up on time or reschedule through your confirmation email if you cannot make it. An introductory call creates no obligation on either side and is not an agreement to work together.

The Website relies on and links to third-party services. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". I make no guarantees that the Website will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date.
